Ouat Media Presents Sundance Award-Winning Short Films Available on iTunes January 14, 2013

Ouat Media is proud to announce the iTunes release of Ouat Media Presents Sundance Award-Winning Short Films, a compilation of some of the most celebrated short films to have screened at the Sundance Film Festival, the premier showcase for independent film held each January in Park City, Utah.

The compilation includes the 2012 Short Filmmaking Grand Jury Prize winner Fishing Without Nets (dir. Cutter Hodierne), a tale of Somali pirates from the perspective of a struggling fisherman, The Arm (dir. Jessie Ennis, Brie Larson, Sarah Ramos), a story of peer pressure and winner of the 2012 Special Jury Award in Short Filmmaking, Deeper Than Yesterday (dir. Ariel Kleiman), a submarine-based drama and winner of the 2011 International Jury Prize in Short Filmmaking, horror-comedy The Legend of Beaver Dam (dir. Jerome Sable), winner of the 2011 Honorable Mention in Short Filmmaking, and Short Term 12 (dir. Destin Cretton), an examination of the inevitable impact of human lives upon one another inside a children’s residential facility and winner of the 2009 Jury Prize in Short Filmmaking.

The Sundance award-winning short films will be available on iTunes individually and as part of the Ouat Media-curated compilation on Monday, January 14,2013.
